About Us

Cynthia and Bowden Boshears, a mother and son, joined forces 15 years ago, to build upscale homes in the Central Arkansas area. Each having their own area of expertise and talent to bring to the project, they both realize that hard work and dedication are what drives their business.

Cynthia has a background in art and design from Texas Women's University. She is an active licensed Realtor and a lifetime member of the Little Rock Million Dollar Club. Her primary focus is design and construction. In 1995, she participated in an architectural study tour in Italy, led by Phillip Morris of Southern Accents magazine.

Bowden attended UCA and completed a 3 year study with the school of Nabholz Construction Company. He is also a Realtor, licensed as a broker.

This dynamic duo has earned their notable reputations. They were selected as the 2002 build team, by the Susan G. Komen Foundation, to construct the second "Build for the Cure" idea house in the nation.
